Accepting new clients as of July 2026. Do you feel weighed down by life's challenges? You're not alone. I help young adults and adults better cope with anxiety (including chronic worry and social anxiety), depression, and substance use/addiction, as well as relationship issues, stress, low self-esteem, life transitions, and career challenges.
I have worked in community mental health since 2014. My educational background focused on addictions and marriage and family counseling. I have training in motivational interviewing and solution focused approaches to building change.
I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. I earned both my Doctor of Nursing Practice and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from Columbia University. My clinical training includes experience in child, adolescent, and adult inpatient psychiatry, as well as school-based and private practice settings. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, I worked as a registered nurse in a detox and rehab facility serving individuals with substance use disorders, many from underserved backgrounds, including low-income, formerly incarcerated, and unhoused populations. I currently practice in a federally qualified health center.
I’m Mackenzie, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults find balance, clarity, and confidence through compassionate, evidence-based care. I believe mental health treatment should feel personal, not clinical.
Katharine is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 8 years of experience in outpatient, school, and hospital settings. As an independently licensed clinical social worker, I believe in meeting people where they are. I am glad you made it here. I've been practicing for several years, having made the shift from community based work to telehealth a few years ago. I specialize in working with adults experiencing symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and ADHD.
Hello! So glad you are here. My name is Alex (she/her) and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and have been practicing in the field for five years. I received a Master’s in Social Work from Boston College, with a Certificate in Mental Health & Trauma. Previously, I worked with refugee and asylum seeking populations in the Refugee Resettlement Program.
More recently, I have experience working with children and families as an In-Home Therapist and Intensive Care Coordinator and with individuals in inpatient behavioral health. I also facilitated in piloting a Short-Term Outpatient Therapy Program with Wayside Youth & Families in Framingham, MA and have been providing individual outpatient therapy the past two years to all ages and stages of life.
I also am an avid outdoor rock climber (for the past 12 years) and can support individuals who are looking for support within their own sport/athletic hobby in mindset and performance focus, trauma processing, or exploration around risk within climbing and alpinism.
I have been in the field of Social Work for over 25 years. Over these years I have had the pleasure of working with adults and older adults dealing with everything from life transitions, depression, anxiety, and alcohol abuse to major mental illness and end of life issues. I enjoy using my educational and personal life experience to inform my practice.
