Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or family stress begin affecting every part of your day. You may find yourself carrying emotional pain, struggling to communicate, or feeling disconnected from the people and life you care about most. You don't have to navigate those challenges alone. For more than 16 years, I've partnered with individuals experiencing anxiety, family issues, LGBTQIA+ concerns, relationship issues, and trauma, helping them strengthen relationships, build emotional resilience, and create healthier, more fulfilling lives. Working with adolescents and adults, I provide a warm, open minded, and welcoming space where you can be yourself, feel genuinely heard, and move toward meaningful healing with confidence and hope.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a MA degree, specializing in Addictions, and I am a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. I am currently working on my dissertation become a PhD in General Psychology, with a research focus on community well-being after a school shooting. I’m a welcoming, down-to-earth therapist who has been supporting clients since 2008. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity questions, and relationship challenges of all kinds. I’m LGBTQ+ affirming and experienced in working with diverse relationship structures and gender identities. Whoever you are and whatever you’re exploring, you’ll be met with respect, openness, and zero judgment.
I offer a warm, relaxed space where you can be yourself, no pressure, and no judgment. Together we will make sense of what's been feeling hard and find practical ways to help you feel more like yourself again. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, supported, and maybe even share a laugh along the way.
If your mind won’t slow down, you keep overthinking your decisions, or you feel stuck in patterns you can’t break, you’re not alone. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed or frustrated that they understand what’s wrong—but still can’t seem to change it. I help you get to the root of those patterns so real change can happen. Instead of just managing symptoms, we work on understanding what’s driving them—so you can feel more in control, less reactive, and more confident in how you respond to your life.
